No, only one family member needs Pro to create a family group and other members can join the group with free account (without Pro).

Is there any limit on number of family member can join family group?

No, there is no limit as of now and any number of family members can join the group.

How to make a Family Group on TimelyBills?

Its preety straightforward. With Pro subscription, you can create a family group and then can add family members to it. Open the TimelyBills app, go to Menu > Family Group screen and add a member by putting his/her email to create a family group.
